With conventional choppers, since the mountain raw material enters into the motor during processing, it was impossible to get them clean afterward, and even after thorough cleaning, raw materials from the previous batch would come out with the next one.
Cleaning the grinding chamber was also quite laborious and time-consuming.
For this reason:
•Products were shipped out with concerns about hygiene.
•The burden of cleaning and disinfecting every day was tremendous → Increased time (= labor expenses) for cleaning.
•Producing large volumes of product at once was impossible.
Continuing operations without stopping to clean resulting in the equipment breaking down.
We introduced our Antibacterial Chopper product.
The design completes isolates the casing (grinding chamber) from the drive parts.
(Patented.) Raw material does not infiltrate the drive parts, and the grinding chamber can also be cleaned easily.
